THE BEST FAMILY DOGS: GOLDEN RETRIEVERS

We chose Golden Retrievers because we wanted the best breed of family dogs.  That's why we know you'll find your perfect puppy with us.  Winnie + Tucker are the best tempered pets we've ever been blessed to own and have been bosom buddies since arriving at our homes from their different breeders.  Both purebred Golden Retrievers, they are also half English Cream, a coveted lighter haired variant of Golden Retrievers.  With a house full of blonde headed children, we chose the lightest colored puppies from their litters as our family's best friends and their coloring as adults is just beautiful.

We are a family of 8, living on an urban homestead in Ottumwa, IA.  Nothing is more important than family, which is why we believe so much in the perfection of Golden Retrievers as the ideal family dog.

We strongly believe in raising the healthiest puppies, so we follow the same template for how we raise our children.  Lots of love, mother's milk until the day the puppies go to their homes, whole and natural homemade meals from scratch, and no pharmaceuticals. Health is holistic and it begins from the inside out, starting with an undisturbed, natural birth and a loving, safe environment.
