2 Weeks Until They're Home: 6 week portraits

As I type, there are only 11 days until we begin sending our puppies to their new families. It's bittersweet thinking of the goodbyes. The gift of bringing these puppies into the world and nurturing them for the first weeks of life is such a joy to our family; it's incredible seeing them as little hamsters and develop so rapidly and come into their own. The snuggles are unreal and an utter delight. As a mama, I adore the countless moments witnessing the love between my children and all our golden babies. Yet, seeing the overwhelming joy in the eyes of the new families choosing their pups is probably the best part. It's love, plain and simple, and I get the blessing of seeing it every time a family picks out and picks up their puppy. Speaking of pick up, if you have a big drive and would rather meet halfway or have delivery, my husband can deliver on select days for a nominal fee -just message me and we can discuss what suits you best.

Come see how they've grown!

We tried a new strategy for portraits: wait until they're napping. It was great in helping them stay still- they were bouncing all over the place when we tried photos during their playtime- but they do look a little sleepy. :) The puppies are still napping about 60% of the day and are getting free range playtime in the yard the other 40%. They LOVE my garden so much and are assisting me in some, ahem, landscaping. Ha! One of the most gleeful things to see is a puppy bouncing across the lawn. You'll have to come see!

If you're considering one of our puppies, please reach out if you have any questions or would like to schedule a puppy playdate to meet them. It's our joy to raise the best family dogs and companions.
